NEL Commissioning Support Unit manages the complaints process for the following clinical commissioning groups (CCGs):

In order to investigate your complaint, your CCG will need to share information with NEL CSU. NEL CSU will only retain personal information for the purpose of investigating your complaint. In order for us to make improvements to the services you receive, anonymous information about your complaint may be shared as part of our reporting process. Should you have any concerns with regard to sharing information please contact us and let us know.

If you have a comment or complaint about a GP, dentist, pharmacist or optician you are unable to resolve with the Practice Manager, please contact NHS England: Email: england.contactus@nhs.net. If you are making a complaint please state: ‘For the attention of the complaints team’ in the subject line. Tel: 0300 311 22 33 - Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, except Wednesdays - 9.30am – 6pm.
