NEL CSU have won Lead Provider Framework procurements in Kent and Medway.

The eight Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Kent have awarded a contract to NEL CSU to supply a range of commissioning support services. The contract is for four years.

 Mark Creelman, Managing Director of NEL CSU, said:

 “We are delighted that we will be continuing to support our long-term customers in Kent for a suite of transformational support services and look forward to working closely with our Kent to deliver an excellent service for them”.

The suite of services includes:

  • Information Communication and Technology services for Clinical Commissioning Groups and General Practices

  • Strategic communications, Public and Patient Engagement, Creative, Digital and Marketing services
  • Financial services
  • Business Resilience
  • Freedom of Information
  • Complaints management
  • Equality and Diversity
  • Information Governance
